The PBLO has been formed for the purpose of fostering, improving, promoting, and perpetuating the health and welfare of high-performance amateur baseball in Ontario through a permanent organization dedicated to the best interest of amateur baseball players.  Below is the PBLO constitution and bylaws that we stand by.
